Price Adjustment Clause:
Prices are calculated based on the currency exchange rate and the import duty structure as of September 2026. In the event of any changes in import policies or duty structures or the currency exchange rate that affect final pricing:
We reserve the right to request additional payment if required.
If prices decrease, we will provide the difference as store credit. Note: Refunds to direct accounts or original payment sources will not be issued under any circumstances.

We primarily operate online and deliver across India. Warehouse visits are available only by prior appointment and are not open as a retail showroom.

1. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, India Post, Tiruati Courier and others, depending on your location and service availability.
2. How long does dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 working days after payment confirmation. Except preorder items.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 4–5 working days for metro cities and 8–10 working days for other locations after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
4. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility. Email us to scaleartsin@gmail.com to get shipping quotation and timelines for international orders.
6. How much is shipping within India?
We offer free shipping for all orders for Indian addresses.
