Scale Points Policy

Earning Scale Points: Buyers can accrue Scale Points through various channels, such as referrals or purchases on our web store. These points are automatically credited to your Scale Points wallet upon order processing. However, in the event of order cancellation, points will be debited automatically. To earn scale points buyer must be registered on the website.

Occasional Sale Periods: During occasional sale periods, the increment or earning of points will be temporarily disabled.

Points Expiry: Earned points are subject to expiry after 60 days from the order date.

Scale Points Window: You can track your earned points and total available points balance in the Scale Points window.

Redemption Process: Points can be redeemed from the Scale Points window, and upon redemption, you will receive a coupon code. This code can be applied during your next purchase to avail discounts according to the Scale Points calculation.

By participating in our Scale Points program, you agree to adhere to these policies. We reserve the right to update and modify these policies as needed.
